Right To Read Week 2017!

Right to Read Week is March 20th and 24th! This year, Marilyn Sadler will visit Ellsworth Hill on March 21st. Marilyn is a children's book author, television producer and screenwriter - she has written dozens of books, among them she has written bestselling books featuring Honey Bunny Funny Bunny. Pre-ordered books will be autographed and delivered during school. 

Ellsworth's activities for the week are:
Monday, March 20th-  Hat and Hair Hootenanny!
Wear your favorite hat and/or come to school with crazy hair!
Tuesday, March 21st–  Cowboy and Cowgirl Day!
Dress as a cowboy or a cowgirl!
Author Marilyn Sadler will visit Ellsworth Hill.  The author’s presentation will give the students the perspective of an author and her writing process.  
Wednesday, March 22nd– Reading is Fun Day at Ellsworth Hill!
Students should wear Hudson Spirit Wear or a shirt with words on it for their friends to read.
Thursday, March 23rd –  Wrangle Up Your Favorite Reading Partner!   
Bring a stuffed animal to snuggle up with during your class Read-A-Thon.
Friday, March 24th–  Crazy Sock Day!
