Right to Read Week: 2nd chance to buy books, donation information

Right to Read is going virtual this year! Right to Read book orders have been reopened on the PTO store for 3rd -8th grade — Hudson Middle & East Woods Intermediate Schools only. This opportunity has been extended  through Tuesday, March 23.

We are also sharing our virtual Right to Read Week with two schools in the North Hills area of Akron. Due to COVID-19, the students in the Akron Public Schools have been virtual all year – a devastating fact.

A large percentage of these students are refugees and are currently learning English as a second language. The goal is to provide each student with a book from one of our featured authors. How can you help?  You still have the opportunity make a donation that will purchase one of the author’s books for students at these schools.
