PTO has something brewing for K-4th graders Registration for the K-4th grade Pumpkin Patch is closed. If you’ve already registered, pickup of your 12-15 lb pumpkin will be Friday, October 18, from 5-7 p.m. at East Woods Commons. Take your pumpkin home to carve and return it to the green at First and Main to be displayed on Sunday, October 20, between 1-4 p.m. They will be lit up for the merchant’s Trick-or Treat event. …

The Ellsworth Hill Carnival is a fun day filled with games, activities, and good times — similar to Evamere Field Day, but even bigger. This year’s carnival is taking place on Wednesday, May 22, and is in lieu of end-of-year class parties. Ellsworth Hill is asking that students read at least 80 minutes during Right to Read Week—that’s just 20 minutes a day for 4 days. Each student who meets the goal by Friday can fill out a ticket to go into a drawing.
